Nomad Internships are a three week to three month-long internship where students 18-24 years old embark on journey of prayer, worship, fasting, the reading of God’s Word, and a deeper understanding of missions. Our desire is for our Nomads to be trained in three main areas: Spiritual Maturity; Leadership; and Outcome-Based Ministry. Ministry is designed to serve the local community overseas, and prepare Nomads to serve their own communities in the United States.  All of our new interns are required to go through our South Africa base for a semester first before working in any other area of the world.

Nomad Internships begin every Fall and every Spring running almost parallel to college semesters.   Our Summer Internships are two to three week internships during either the month of June or July.  During the Summer we make available a High School internship for students 15-18 years old who are looking for the opportunity to serve and be spiritually challenged during their Summer break.

The needs are great, and we need your help!  Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone? A Nomad internship requires a servant’s heart, and the flexibility to be stretched. It’s all about focusing on the needs of the field, and putting others above yourself. It won’t be easy, but it will be rewarding!

Please note: 2010 internship dates, prices and locations are subject to change. OneHope is a field driven ministry, creating flexibility that allows us to mobilize workers for the most up-to-date needs across the globe. The application deadline is 90 days prior to start date. The return home date is one day after end date.
