A Heart for Child Missions
In our everyday lives, we may not get the opportunity to help needy children and youth around the world. But they plead for our attention nonetheless. That's why the Book of Hope exists -- to reach out to those kids who have real tangible needs -- to provide hope in desperate places, where the impact of God's eternal Word can make a permanent and lasting difference.
God's Word. Every child. Every youth. This is the plan we have to reach the mission fields of children and youth around the world who have so many needs.
Students receive the Book of Hope in their public school either after an assembly presentation or in their individual classrooms. Students and their families are personally invited to the evening HopeFests and evangelistic crusades to hear the gospel message and firsthand testimonies of the hope found in Jesus Christ.To date, over 415 million copies of the Book of Hope have already been distributed to students in over 125 different countries. In 2007 alone, over 64 million children and youth will receive their copy of God's Word, the Book of Hope. But follow-up reveals that entire families are discovering the hope of Jesus Christ through just one copy of the Book of Hope.
